The 25th Annual General Meeting of BDCOM Online Ltd. was held today the 17th December, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. by using Digital Platform. The Chairman of the Company Mr. Wahidul Haque Siddiqui presided over the meeting. Directors, Managing Director Mr. S M Golam Faruk Alamgir, Independent Director, Chief Financial Officer & a large number of shareholders attended the meeting virtually.

BDCOM declared 5% Cash & 5% Stock Dividend for the year ended 30th June 2021. Audited Financial Statements, Auditors Report and Directors Report thereon for the year also adopted in the meeting.
